Well, we are recovering well this morning. We got up a little before 7 am and felt pretty OK straight out of the bed. I slept well, as did Gerry. He is feeling pretty OK this morning, despite some blisters that formed on his foot.

3 cheers for Traudl!! Best Aid Station Caption ever! Gerry and I agree: We could not have run that event as smoothly (or at all!) without her expertise and help!

That was one of your best walks (that I've participated in).

Thanks for all your efforts in putting together that tour. I was amazed at how much quality trail there is in the south Denver area.

Thanks for such a great event. I had more fun than all of my previous ultras. The trail was interesting and the aid stations were frequent and very well stocked.

The best part was making seven new friends. The run went by so fast because of the interesting conversations.

The main reason I did the run was to meet Ulli. I enjoyed our time together and loved to listen to his stories about ultras and life. Thanks Ulli.

Traudl did an absolutely fantastic job at the aid stations. Her great food, enthusiasm and kindness were very much appreciated.

I will be back next year. Thank you.

Thank you both for a wonderful adventure. The weather was perfect, the pace was excellent and the aid stations were the best!!! I so appreciate the time and effort that goes into planning these events and I consider my self lucky to be able to be a participant.

I just wanted to say thank you to Ulli and Traudl.  This event was very well planned, organized, and supported.  I never thought a turkey, cheese, and pickle sandwich could taste so good!  Once again, Traudl went above and beyond offering great food, drink, and a smile.

The participants were also a lot of fun and very strong.  It was great talking to each of them and I really enjoyed everyone's company.  I am looking forward to future adventures.
