As we are not sure if at least 10 of our participants will stay at this place, we couldn't negotiate special rates. But I think the room rates are moderate anyway - considering that Georgetown is a tourist area. Besides contacting the Motel directly, you will get room rates also under http://www.expedia.com (searching for Georgetown, then selecting the one in Colorado)
