If you are close to the Denver area, I highly recommend taking part in one

of Ulli's events. This one in particular is almost all on trails and has

lots of climbing, good training for the summer ultra's. His events are

always very well organized and very personal. I have participated in many

of them and always have a great time!

I would like to echo Tim's sentiment about Ulli's races. Lots of fun,

challenging terrain, and great conversation. Anyone who questions the

validity of a "walking/hiking" event to your success as a ultrarunner needs

to attempt one and then pass judgement.
